I had came here many times before with no problems. This time, however, they charged me for soaking off my nails even though they just filed them off.... I asked for a design on my nails and the employee only designed ONE nail and then left. My design included blueberries. For some reason she wanted to use the color white for them. I told her they were blue and she ignored me and proceeded to use white anyways. When you first walk in it smells extremely strongly of chemicals. Gave me a headache after a while. Show more

I’ve been coming here for years. The service has changed as well as the prices. I wouldn’t mind price change so much if the quality was still there ...but it’s not. I have my own long, strong natural nails. I get the “Dip” lately the color chips off my nails and it also separates. Making it look like I have fake nails with my natural nails growing in behind. My hair gets caught in my nails while washing so I have to file the sides. I go religiously every two weeks so it’s not that. Also, once they are out of a color, they never order it again. My nail tech charged me for a fill for a x long set ($10 more than normal and she didnt communicate with the pedicure tech after asking me how I wante...d my nails. I told her the same matte on my nails I want on my feet. She said OK and she never told the other pedi tech.. so my hands are matte and my feet are not. I like me feet a d hand to match. Show more
