      Welcome to Crown Culture Co booking! Here are a few FYIs… ➡️ Seating is limited and only those being serviced are preferred in the salon. Any concerns please contact us. ➡️ Be sure to read the full description of the desired services and keep in mind that some prices are starting pricing and are subject to change. ➡️ Utilize the “notes” feature while booking to express desires and concerns about your appt. You may also leave your number if you would like to be contacted. ➡️ If you would like to change services prior to your appt please check with us to make sure our schedules will permit. ➡️ PLEASE keep contact information current in Booksy to ensure you receive the notifications or concerns about your appt. ➡️ PAYMENT POLICY: Deposits are required at booking and are deducted from the total of services. The amount required (20% or 30%) depends on the cost of services. All deposits are non refundable. We allow 48 hrs for you to reschedule your appt and your deposit be transferred to the next appt. The remaining balance is due at the end of your service, in accepted forms of payment (Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App). ***DO NOT PAY THE FULL AMOUNT OF A SERVICE IN ADVANCE UNLESS WE HAVE DISCUSSED TO DO SO.*** ➡️ CANCELLATION POLICY: If we at Crown Culture Co cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit will be transferred.
