The ladies are always super friendly. The place is kept very clean, organized and tidy. And they will not have you spending the night just for braids.... They braid fast and neat.

Wish I could leave no stars. Made an appointment for boho knotless braids at 1:30pm yesterday. Made a $92 deposit. Weren’t greeted or asked what we ne...eded when we walked in. Every chair and stylist was busy working on someone’s head. Maybe 15 minutes later the lady asks what we want I I tell her. She asks if I brought the curly hair which I wasn’t aware I needed to bring. So I said we’ll just do the regular knotless. We were waiting an hour and a half from the time we sat down at 1:34 before I asked my daughter if she still wanted this. Once she said no I asked politely for my deposit back due to the long wait. It took me asking at least 5 times and several different people because NOW they were ready since I was asking for my money back. They kept trying to force me to receive the service I no longer wanted due to the terrible overbooking practice they have. I will never book with a place again without looking at negative reviews. I cannot believe they have 4 star rating if that’s how they regularly operate. The lady proceeded to text me and then call me 3 times in a row after we left. Like why are you harassing me at this point? I was obviously upset bc they were trying to deny my refund and force the service. Absolutely trash. Most unprofessional hair braider/salon I have ever been to. I shouldn’t have to make a scene to get my money back when I’ve been waiting 1.5 hours for an appointment. Time is money and they wasted mine. EDIT: Your response is full of it. If a person has to ask multiple times for a refund then that means there’s some kind of disconnect. You and your braiders kept trying to offer to braid when I said I wanted my money back. That’s a refusal. A person should only have to ask once. I raised my voice because y’all acted like you didn’t understand when I said it the first time, and the second time and the third time. Terrible service, will tell everyone I know to avoid y’all.

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize for the wait. However, several statements in your review are not accurate, so I would like to clarify what happened. I personally welcomed you at the door and explained that your assigned braider had one row left and would be with you shortly. When I asked about the curly hair for your boho knotless braids, you said you didn't know you needed to bring it. You then asked to switch to regular knotless braids, and we agreed. As soon as I finished my client, I grabbed three packs of braiding hair because two braiders were about to start on your daughter's hair. I was walking toward you when I was told you wanted to leave and requested your deposit back. No one refused to refund your deposit. Before I had a chance to explain, you started yelling and making a scene. Your refund was processed through the booking app before you left, and no one tried to force you to receive the service. The calls and text afterward were only to explain the misunderstanding, not to harass you. My goal was simply to communicate with you professionally and resolve the situation. We understand your frustration with the wait, and we apologize for that. Had you given us just a few more minutes, two braiders were ready to begin, and your daughter would have finished much sooner. We wish you and your daughter all the best.
