The atmosphere was nice but my experience wasn't, the employees didnt even try to welcome me, they were so focused on their conversation. First off, t...hey didn't ask if I wanted a middle or side part, they just assumed I wanted a side part, so I forced my haur to be in the middle. Secondly, Im not sure what my stulist did but hair is extremely tight and painful, but so are my edges which I specifically asked to be left out. And the braids are extremely bulky which made the hair look fuller than it did. Show more

My experience was seamless. There were plenty of appointments to choose from and i was even able to come earlier than my scheduled time. The hair is ...included with the service. Booksy brought me here! I took a chance and scheduled an appointment. Sent a text to the owner with my questions, concerns, and a picture of what my d...aughter wanted. The biggest concern : no tight braids! Mary delivered on all points! She made sure the braids were not to tight and gave me excellent tips on how to maintain the style.
