This young woman right here waited a whole month of booking a fill, after knowing that my policy is only up to three weeks and below. her and her daughter always come in with full sets without letting me know, and always book for fills . my cancellation if it is on MY part i do send the deposit back and refer you to someone else . in this case, this women was very nasty when it came to her cancellation because this time i did ask to see her lashes before her appointment . and she had very few( about 15-20%) lashes on, and my policy is (40% or above) . on a non busy day, i would have took her in, but i made sure to tell her this was a busy day and that i could not do a full set due to having back to back clients . she then proceeded to come to the place i work AFTER she was told that i could not take her in. and that is where the nasty messages came on her end . i then cancelled her daughter for tomorrow appointment about an hour ago, because of the association to her mother . i sent the deposit back, and referred her to someone else . my fault is waiting to tell her daughter i would not take her for tomorrows appointment the day before the appointment. but unfortunately i was not able to use my phone for a couple days. but the day i could (today) is the day i let her know her appointment would no longer be accepted. ❤️
