A very nice calming experience. Sheldon was very professional and quick. I’m one of those individuals that do not care to talk when getting my hairc...ut…I’m not rude, just quiet. I do not like when barbers do more talking than cutting and you end up in their chair all day with patches and a missed up hairline. This was not the case here. Sheldon asked a couple of questions to get clarification on exactly how I wanted my hair cut. He then proceeded to cut my hair as I requested and was on point with the results. He took the time to evaluate my hairline and made sure not to push it back any farther or have it crooked across the top of my head. The Vibe at the shop was cool - staff seemed very down to earth, singing with the music that was playing, doing little dances while changing equipment. It made me chuckle a little. So as I stated, the overall experience was nice and calming and I will continue going to Sheldon for as long as I’m in Charlotte and continue to receive the top line customer experience like I received today.
