      OPTIONAL🚨 HITTING AND PITCHING In this assessment you receive the following: Pitchers will receive: narrated mechanical analysis video by me The video analysis includes what corrections to make and compared to a professional MLB player with the concepts we are trying to change or improve. Receive take home drills to help correct habits to help re-condition the body to move properly to create the strongest positions possible to prevent injury. Includes throwing program Includes arm care program Hitters will receive: narrated mechanical analysis video by me The video analysis includes what corrections to make and compared to a professional MLB player with the concepts we are trying to change or improve. Receive take home drills to help correct bad habits to help re-condition the body to move properly to create the strongest positions possible – drills to re-correct muscle memory to clean up hitting mechanics – hitting program for daily work
