I absolutely LOVE how my daughter’s hair came out! 😍💕 The slay is REAL! ✨ As a 4-year-old with A LOT of hair and plenty of energy, I truly appreciat...e how patient and gentle she was throughout the entire appointment. Being a kids’ braider takes a special kind of patience, and she definitely has it! She made my daughter feel comfortable, was so sweet with her, and did an AMAZING job on her hair. 🥰❤️ Thank you for making my baby girl look and feel so beautiful! We will definitely be back! 💕✨

I specifically booked with Yaya because her website advertises that she specializes in children's hair and works with tenderheaded children for an add...itional premium. My daughter was anxious and very tired during the appointment, which understandably made the braiding process more challenging. After a while, she actually fell asleep, and Yaya was able to complete a good portion of her hair. Throughout the appointment, I was extremely apologetic for the difficulty. I paid the full cost of the service, the additional premium for tenderheaded children, and left a 20% tip. Before leaving, I even asked Yaya if she would be willing to do my daughter's hair again in the future, and she told me yes. When I got home, I discovered I had been blocked from booking another appointment. I sent a polite text asking if I had been blocked, but I never received a response. I understand that not every stylist is the right fit for every client, and if Yaya no longer wanted to work with my daughter, that was her choice. However, I would have appreciated honesty and professional communication rather than saying she would see us again and then blocking me without explanation. That experience left a bitter taste for the business and feeling of disappointment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Professionalism and communication matter just as much as the quality of the service. 0/10.
