This is an updated review now that I have washed and dried my hair after my cut. I came in with long hair, styled in the regular wide beach waves that... I do nearly every day. My hair is naturally straight. My other style is a side braid and I explicitly stated that I want to maintain these styles. Told her I wanted a minimal trim with a little bit of dimension, long layers, as I didn’t want to loose my length. Well I got layers, medium layers that are so thick throughout my hair that there are clear shelf’s all over. I’ve had some bad cuts, and this is up there to one of the worst. The layers are so prevalent that I can’t do my side braid, and my normal waves that I have mastered consistent results with for a year look horrible. I’ve cried all weekend. I’m still crying. I didn’t ask for this whatsoever. I gave a $15 tip because I didn’t want to be in the there anymore as I was upset when I left and couldn’t hold back my emotions to wait for change.
