As a professional, I value my craft. I took my time to make an existing problem look good after u were over 30 minutes late and I was booked up. Only because it is Valentines Day. U loved the cut and two hours later returned. U were refunded and I offered to correct anything to ur liking before u got out the chair as well as when u came back. I value my business and my clients satisfaction.
