Good afternoon Gregory, sorry you felt you and your son received a bad experience on your son's haircut, when you first came in you showed me you were reviewing my haircuts and pricing I assume you reviewed the discounted kids cut pricing with the hard part included but did not include another design of your choosing which my pricing is shown on my booksy, at the end of the cut we also went over the cut and you made it clear you were very happy about the cut until it was time to pay, if you would have the time please post the cut so I can review my mistake and I will be happy to fix the issue.
