I originally had a recovery home booked for my post operative stay. Before that I had already spoken with Nikki, but I chose the recovery home because... I was traveling by myself and thought I needed that setup. On the day I was leaving to travel to Florida I had a scary situation happen with the place I was supposed to stay. I no longer felt comfortable being there and I immediately reached out to Nikki. She responded right away and handled everything I needed within minutes. She arranged my lymphatic drainage, my daily drain care and binder care, and reliable nursing support. She also arranged transportation and made sure every part of my recovery plan was covered. She took a very stressful situation and made it manageable, and she made me feel supported during a time when I felt completely overwhelmed. If anyone needs post operative support I highly recommend her. She is organized, dependable, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. A note for Tammy Tammy was my recovery nurse on my very first night after surgery, and I could not have asked for a better person to be there with me. She stayed right by my side as I came out of the anesthesia and made sure that I was safe, steady, and comfortable. She wiped me down, kept me clean, helped me settle in, and never once made me feel rushed or alone. There is something very special about the way she cares. She has a calm presence and a gentle confidence that makes you feel protected at a time when you are at your most vulnerable. She talked with me, checked on me constantly, and made sure every little detail was handled so that I could rest and recover without worry. I am truly grateful for how she cared for me that first night. She brought comfort, reassurance, and kindness when I needed it the most. Tammy left a lasting impression on me with her compassion and her genuine heart. For Nay Nay was the one who provided my lymphatic drainage treatments, and she made such a difference in my recovery. On my first day post operative I was extremely sore and honestly terrified of being touched. I did not know how I was going to get through that first session. The moment she started I realized I was in good hands. She was so gentle, calm, and reassuring that my fear faded almost immediately. As the days went on and my pain began to improve, she gradually increased the pressure in a way that always felt therapeutic and never uncomfortable. She has a natural intuition for what the body needs and she approaches her work with so much care. Every session with her helped me feel better both physically and emotionally. Nay is incredibly skilled and has a comforting presence that makes you feel safe from the moment she walks in. I appreciate her more than she knows. Show more
