First time fantastic and very professional. Second visit, not so much. My son slid out of chair in tears from combing after which I had to intervene t...o ask if I could assist. I could sense she was visibly irritated. As a professional you will deal with all kinds of hair types, and people. Let your mannerisms and level of professionalism precede you. In a positive way. Please keep in mind, these are not your own children you are dealing with. Definitely will not be back. Show more
