Absolutely it’s in the name Badazz Braider,(Leanis) knows actually what she is doing. I have had my hair braided a few times and have referred my da...ughters to her. I look forward to coming again. The atmosphere is like home and the services has thus far been excellent. I also would like to add my daughter was having a ruff time figuring out how to wear her hair from Prom. We decided to try out a braid style. Yes I was very nervous and was texting her with all kinds of questions prior but I am so glad I chose to go with the Badazz Braider ( Leanis ) listened to the suggestion we had as well as helped us get the right hair for the style, she was patient and professional. In the End my daughter hair came exactly how we envisioned. Badazz Braider ( Leanis) even offered to assist on prom day to help style. Thank you again!!! Show more

Hi I do apologize about the wait it was a special day for my client that had booked ahead of time for her prom and I tried to get you in as a same day last minute client. However you could’ve at anytime asked for your money back if you couldn’t wait which I do still have the message that I sent to you asking to call you once I was close to finishing her hair I’m not an asshole and wouldnt just make you wait for 2 hrs for no reason you saw what I was doing. However I washed you and your daughter for free for the wait which your hair had all this glue in it I didn't charge you extra for. You stated that your daughters hair came down and that you didn’t like again I apologizeit b if this is a result from me but before you left you looked at both hair and paid me and tipped me right but the whole week you never thought to tell me what happened but decide to write a review a week later!

I came washed and she provided the hair. My hair was braided super tight which i tolerated but it seemed over the top. I didn't say that i was a Revie...wer until she finished. She put my hair into a pony tail before i left and the glue she used started to turn white instantly ( it was nail glue). She seemed to have to keep looking for hair in the garage and i was bothered by fruit flies the entire time. We watched the Chi and she was nice but no way my hair isn't worth 275! I wont be going back or recommend these services based on the finished product and how tight my hair was pulled to falling out! She was nice tho and maybe it was cause i was from out of town i didnt get the full treatment. I wish her the best but treat every client the same and dont have their hair looking sad, thin and unraveling in 2 weeks ( i texted her the next day about the glue and a week later about how the hair was holding up). Ill try a different shop for sure next time. MY hair was pulled way too tight and edges started to fall out, asked for partial refund but she said that I should have said that before I left! She gave me 60.00 back after i asked 100 because i didnt want any more hair to be pulled out and said I wanted 100. Never asked for a full refund so that was a lie, great part about texting is there are screen shots! Save your time and money! She returned some money but my edges have been pulled out and i was told i was too tender headed for the style that took my hair out. Im done, go to this stylist at your own risk. I sent pictures of my hair follicles and the two hanging because of the pulling on my hair. I just grew my hair back after being sick which she knew and i asked for her to stop pulling so tight on my edges to protect my hair, hey this is crazy but i wont be going back for sure. Show more

We can go back n forth all day you can make up what you will and yes it's great to have receipts like the one when you asked for your tip back also but yet and still you got out my chair loving your hair unless you wouldnt never tipped. Thanks for the review! Speak before you leave that goes for anyone services no matter who you are, what you do or where you come from than I could most definitely understand a review like this if you said hey my locs are too small can you make them a lil bigger and I attempted to but wasn't successful than yea but if it's to little or to small make sure your getting what pleases you not the stylist. So when i got to the top of her head she told me to not be so tight that she don’t care she can’t take it right so ok customer is always right. Now she texted me 2 almost 3 weeks later to say she don’t like the back to do it over and I agreed now she saying it’s unraveling at the roots that could be so since you said not to put it tight. You can’t review anyone not letting me do my job correctly because you was being tender headed and not wanting to sit through it. Anyways she never came back in mainly because she couldn’t take the pain so me being the nice person I am refunded her partial but this lady wanted a full refund no no no hun you wasted my time and hair that could’ve been used on someone else. Please don’t go to anyone else trying to give a review and you can’t even sit through the hairstyle.

This braider does not know how to properly do kinky twist. Hair color was not the color that was requested. Twist did not stay maintained for a day le...ss than an hour the hair kinks up and untwisted. Braider did not offer to fix my hair at my home and expected me to drive back to her house to fix a half done job. Braider refused to offer a refund for poor and unprofessional services. Braider did offer a redo then cancelled the appointment. Offered a redo or full refund then turned into a partial refund. Claimed that it was the hair, however the style does not come close to what was requested. Very disrespectful and has a lack of communication. Show more

1st client was late more than 15 minutes. When I was done with client she stated it was pretty and that she was giving her sister my number. I received call 1hr later asking for money back that all her twist where coming down. I offered to redo client stated she lived to far so I than I offered to come to her. She declined! I also posted picture of style. Customer called me the day before redo appointment if I can come to her I stated that I couldn’t at last minute I have client right after her. Clients appointment was at 10am I texted her at 8:30a excited to let her know that she don’t have to drive back to me I’ll send her a partial since she said it was only two braids and client said ok and for the record I said that I would use a different hair. All of a sudden she started going off on me to send her a full refund when I thought I was helping by not having her drive all the way back to me. I sent client partial refund which is what she asked for at first. It’s a lot of conflict with this client a lot that can’t be satisfied no matter how hard you try. I wouldn’t recommend this client to no stylist!
