Thanks so much for the review! Sorry you wasnt 100%satisfied. Blue hair dye, like many other vibrant and intense colored hair dyes, can sometimes transfer onto surfaces even after washing due to several reasons:
Color Intensity-Blue hair dye, especially vibrant shades, may contain more pigment than other colors. The more pigment in the dye, the more likely it is to transfer onto surfaces.
Porosity of Hair-If the hair is very porous, it can absorb more dye, which may then transfer more easily onto surfaces. Blue hair dye is one of those super pigment colors that continues to transfer and everytime you wash your hair its going to bleed until it fades 🙁
