Booked my son an appointment thinking it was at the location on 23rd. I get to the location on 23rd and they tell me he’s on San Pablo. I rush to the ...San Pablo location and he tells me I’m late and he can’t cut my son anymore. He also said I didn’t confirm my appointment when I got no notification that I should confirm. I got a text and when I went back into the appointment on Booksy it said my appointment was confirmed. You should update what location you will be at before your appointments. Horrible communication! Of course you have a horrible reply back! Show more
