She canceled one of my first appointments with her last minute, after some time I gave her another chance. I scheduled a back to school appointment fo...r my son. She called to push my appointment back an hour. I arrived at the rescheduled time, she didn’t greet me or mention she was running behind, and after I waited 45 minutes, I had to approach her to suggest a quick wash instead since it was getting late in the evening. While her other client waited, she spent under 20 minutes on a simple wash, detangle, and blow dry for my child, then charged $25 on top of my $25 deposit—$50 total. The lack of accountability and audacity to uncharged despite the error on her part is enough for me not to return.
