Always late!!! Then rushing my nails were still wet after service. When you speak your experience on a review rather good or bad I didn’t know the own...er would shutdown all communication and refuse you service after seven years of loyalty. Wow smh!!! Welp todays society don’t like constructive criticism or truth!!! I’m definitely going to be the queen of reviews for now on. Gimme what I pay for especially customer service. When booking an appointment the time is what you booked. It’s not 10minutes 15 minutes 30 minutes later. Thank God don’t no one monkey stop no show……..I’m not coming back to something that could have been avoided in the 1st place I explained to u my schedule is crazy. I know you do good work it was the inconsideration for my time…and I won’t return. Show more
