I didn’t like it. Terrible service. I asked for all my split ends cut a basic TRIM. I left with split ends till on my hair and when I came for my sch...eduled appt I still had to wait 15 mins and she didn’t even know what service I needed. I had to tell them 3 times I just want a trim even though it was scheduled. I came with my hair already washed and blow dried and she blow dried it again. I don’t understand what was so difficult to understand and then she tried to straighten my hair. I had to show her my appointment confirmation. To show her I wasn’t here for that. That whole appt ruined my day. Don’t come here. 0/10 Show more

Sorry for the inconvenience but first u make the appointment and we have a lot of customers that make appointments every day.. second you have to wait cuz we have clientsk for in the chair ..you ask for a trim yes is true but ur hair is all damaged we take a lot of ends u need a cuz not a trim so your hair can look healthy ok… we blow dry your hair cuz your hair wasn’t straight… but thanks for your comments god bless you
