I was hoping for a better experience. Unfortunate to not be greeted by anyone upon entering an establishment and having to wait 25min before realizing... no one will honor my 9:00am appointment while actively putting other people in seats. Left at 9:25am because I don’t like my time being wasted, especially if I’m spending $60+ for a haircut. Hope anyone else’s experience isn’t mine.
