I Just had a fantastic cut by Nigel. I travel a lot so finding a good barber has been challenging. He’s mastered his craft and took the time to really... understand what I was looking for and delivered a perfect taper fade. The staff is super hilarious, and the shop has a great atmosphere. Shiiiieeeet what isn’t there to say about Nigel. This man is CLEAN! I’ve been struggling to find a barber for months that knew how to cut hair. Not on...ly that he actually could hold a conversation and knew exactly what to do with my hair. I’ve never met a barber like him. I will be back in two weeks AND two weeks after that. Nigel.... Good barber. No accountability...... I booked an appointment with Mr. Nigel, since the shop is 5 minutes from my job. When booking his ap...pointments, you must pay half up front. He was on time and the haircut was fine. Last week I booked my 2nd appointment with Mr. Nigel for 1:15pm, because I had a meeting at 2:30pm. He had someone in the chair when I arrived, so I waited. He finally finished at 1:55pm and came and said "I didn't know you booked an appointment! You should have walked up and said something". When I asked if I did something wrong, he said it was nobody's fault, he didn't acknowledge his error and asked if I wanted to reschedule. I rescheduled at 6pm, he cut my hair, I asked what I owed him, and he checked me out from his phone, and I left. If he would have acknowledged his error, of course I would have continued with his services, but he didn't. To make matters worse, I checked my credit card statement, and he gave himself a $4.00 tip! I really hope Mr. Nigel can work on his accountability because he could really have a strong clientele base. As for me, I'll spend my $40 bi-weekly somewhere else. Show more
