Amandine is excellent! She is honest, unbiased, knowledgable, pleasant, and very patient. She removed my K-tips and untangled literal bird nests from ...my head. Not a lot of specialists have experience with dreadlocks, so im glad she had the skill to help me, opposed to just cutting them out! I will deff be coming back to get new extensions soon. Show more

Amandine did an incredible job with my extensions! She saw me for 3.5 hours Sunday evening to accommodate my schedule. She first colored my hair and t...hen installed 16 inch i-tips. She went out of her way to buy the color and small beads that would fit my extremely thin and short hair. She was very thorough and the final product was amazing! I have a full, long head of hair that looks natural. Amandine was very friendly and professional, and she answered all my questions about extensions and hair. Definitely go to her for quality extension services at a reasonable price! Show more

My daughter had gotten a really bad choppy, short layered hair cut and there was nothing that could be done to fix it. She was devastated, so we resor...ted to applying extensions. I called Amandine, and she was able to take her that same evening. She told us exactly where to go to buy extension since it was last minute; giving me some options based on our budget. She spent some time talking to my daughter and afterwards showed her how to care for her extensions so that it can last longer. Overall, she did great work given the state of my daughter’s hair. I was hesitant to get hair extensions because I have a lob hair cut. And I just didn’t think extensions would work for me. But I’m just really frustra...ted with my hair length, and desperately needed some hair fix. So I researched a few hair extension stylists. I’m so glad I found Hairluxe. Amandine is so patient in explaining to me the different types of extensions (it’s my first time getting hair extensions). Before going to her I had a horrible experience with another hair dresser to the point that any other stylist would of have cut my hair. I called her ...last minute at 6pm and she fit me into her schedule immediately!! We spent 5 hours working through knots and detangling my hair. She was so gentle and kind and reassured me every step of the way. Without her I would have had to have cut my hair. Yesterday we reinstalled my hair extensions and she did an amazing job, I’m so pleased with how my hair has turned out. She really knows what she’s doing, I would 10/10 recommended to her! I recently moved to the SouthBay and had been looking for someone to install Itip extensions. For those of you that have had these, the placement of t...hem is so important, as if it’s not done correctly it feels like you are sleeping on nails.
