I’d like to respectfully clarify a few inaccuracies in this review. Two appointments were booked back-to-back, reserving 1 hour and 10 minutes in my schedule. Your son’s haircut was completed as planned. Although we were approximately 20-30 minutes behind that day, I clearly communicated that I was still prepared to complete your haircut and beard service. The service booked was a standard 30-minute haircut, even though you typically receive a haircut and beard, which is a 40-minute service. Despite this, I was still willing to complete both services. The decision to proceed with only your son’s appointment was yours. I take pride in honoring all reserved time and providing quality, unrushed service. Transparency and professionalism are important to me, which is why I felt it necessary to clarify.
