Replying to your response. Maybe I am misreading but your app says teen cuts are $35 cuts “with” enhancement. Are designs not enhancements? Maybe I am... just confused on that part? The cut you did was not bad, but I don’t see the break down of a design cost etc… Also- maybe it’s just my luck today but I did try to locate your number via google and couldn’t find it. I do see it’s listed under details on Booksy so that’s my fault or we for sure would have spoke via phone. Again, you did not do bad on his cut and I thank you for your service also caring enough to reply back to me to clear the air. For that I changed my rating. Good bless. Show more

Hi Lyndsi! A teen cut turned into $52 because he also got a design. Per my page, designs are not included. Nobody came into the shop with your teen so I had that conversation with him and was told it was okay. I also stayed behind in case an adult wanted to come in to discuss. While I understand your frustration, I don’t understand why you ran to give a bad review rather than contact me or come back to clear up the confusion.
