      Service & Product Policy At Miami Stylezz, your happiness means everything to me. I take pride in providing high-quality services and products, and I always ensure we review your hair together before you leave the suite to make sure you love your final look. Due to the time, customization, and product investment involved, all services and hair extension purchases are final sale and non-refundable once you leave the suite. If you have any concerns, please let me know within 48 hours of your appointment. I’m always happy to review and make reasonable adjustments to ensure you’re feeling confident and beautiful.

      All deposits are nonrefundable. You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours with no penalty. Late arrivals over 15 min are subject to a fee, after 30 min the appointment must be rescheduled Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Your appointment is important to us, and following this policy allows us to provide the best service to all clients. If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please feel free to reach out.
