Unprofessional? Far from it! I have over 100 reviews that say otherwise. 1. You chose to do a virtual consultation. You knew it clearly states to come in person for repairs or damage, yet you decided not to. 2. I didn’t cancel — I called days before and ASKED to reschedule because I had an emergency (God forbid I’m human and have one!). You acted like that was fine and AGREED to reschedule. We agreed I’d text or call once my flight landed back in town, and I did exactly that. You then chose to cancel and falsely claimed I “didn’t provide a solid plan of rescheduling,” when the plan was clearly stated and followed on my end. MISS ME WITH THE LIES AND FALSEHOODS. 3. As for the consultation fee — as I texted you, it wasn’t a deposit toward services. It was payment for the actual consultation itself, which was completed. If it had been a deposit for services, I would’ve returned it. But it wasn’t — it was the consultation fee for the completed consultation. There’s no reason to refund a service that was already provided. It’s inconsiderate, negative, mean spirited people like you that make being a service provider difficult. I was in communication with you every step of RESCHEDULING down to the minute I got off the plane and that wasn’t good enough for you! And that’s why your hair will remain a tragic mess just like your character and spirit. Have the day that you deserve 🫶🏽
