She... has been able to recreate every style that I have wanted and at times where I’m unsure, she gives great recommendations that I often go for. She is very efficient & her work is super neat (she doesn’t miss a strand). If she were to ever relocate, I would definitely travel to receive services from her. Hello, I will always reply to a inaccurate rating. First, this was not your second attempt I just checked. You have only booked one consultation. Secondly, you texted at 4:34pm asking was I still going to call for your virtual consultation and I texted you back at 4:41pm (7 minutes later) and I stated I had no way to contact you because you did not leave a number and I sent a screenshot of your Booksy profile that had no contact information/phone number to text or call. You never responded to the text I sent you 7 minutes after you text, but yet you came to leave a negative review.
