I recently had my first appointment at this nail salon, and overall it was a positive experience. Initially, there was a situation where I ended up no...t being satisfied with my manicure. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the nail artists, including the manager, and she immediately took steps to remedy the situation and got me setup with another nail artist to redo my manicure, with designs, and they didn’t charge me for the designs. I very much appreciated the customer service as it was clear they wanted me to leave the salon satisfied. All of the nail artists were very nice and understanding and didn’t make me feel a way about the situation. If I could give 4.5 stars, that would be a bit more accurate to this specific experience, but I have faith that they can provide a 5 star experience in the future. I was much happier with the redone manicure and because of how friendly and accommodating they were, I would certainly go back for another appointment.

My friend’s daughter is a student and you wouldn’t even know because she is so good at her... craft and every one of the ladies in this shop are helpful, fun, kind, and empowering of one another.
