I was hesitant to write this review but something still isn't sitting well with me. As other reviews seem to indicate they're prone to the bait and sw...itch. I booked an appointment through their booking site for Friday afternoon. The price listed was approximately $45. I arrived on time for my appointment and was asked to sign in and taken about an hour after my scheduled appointment when a stylist became available. OK, annoying but the reality of walk-in salons like these. If you're going to take appointments, take appointments, if you're going to do walk-in service do that. But they clearly cannot manage the hybrid model. Move on to the service I get the wash and blowout I booked and it came out fine, as I expected it to. Except instead of $45 I was charged $85 with no explanation. No itemized reason for upcharging me. Nothing just $85. My hair is shoulder length. So I can't imagine an upcharge for length. My hair is wavy and medium weight. Not an upcharge for texture. It took the 30 allotted minutes for my appointment. Not an upcharge for extended time needed for styling. I won't be returning, at $85 for a blowout I can go to DryBar (Hampden), DryLand (Canton), or Kisner's (Canton) and actually be seen at my appointed time. It's a yucky feeling to feel ripped off. BEST SALON IN THE CITY!!! The women in there are so nice and pleasant to work with and you can just tell they love what they do! My babygirl got her f...irst ever wash & set and felt so comfortable with the lady. I absolutely LOVE how my hair turned out as well & yes this is all my hair! 🤗 We will definitely be coming back! The color was fantastic, I got double processed color, silk press and trim and believe it was around $300. The curls from the silk press immediately f...ell, before I left I noticed 1 stand completely straight which they fixed when I pointed it out but I found another one when I got home which I may have not noticed at the time since it was in the back. Usually my curls last at least a week even in comparable weather so not sure if it was because of the color or not. But overall I’m happy with everything else Show more

Just get braids or a blow out I’ve been to this salon plenty of times in the past usually for a blow out this time I tried a sew-in I will not be comi...ng to this lady again my tracks were showing when she tried to rush me out of the chair then she had some strange girl touching my hair who did not appear to be working she was hovering over me talking on the phone once again this person was not the stylist several times we tried to come up with a solution to fix my hair and several times she did the opposite she would say “okay okay I got you mommy” and my hair lasted about a week my appointment was for 10:45 she was still doing my niece’s hair when when I returned which is fine but for my hair to end up this way I shouldn’t have been there til 4pm the braids where nice and tight but all I see are tracks near my part again I’ve only gotten blow outs here and maybe that’ll be the only thing but I’ve got another place for that I just think if she wasn’t familiar with how to do a style it would’ve been best to say that instead of taking the appointment Show more
