40 minutes late to appointment. Arrived home, inspected the fade closer and noticed inconsistencies. Came back, asked if he could fix it, he said he w...as all booked up and could not do it until 4-5 hours later. His coworker ended up fitting me in between appointments and which only took 10-15 minutes. Would not have written this bad review if he would had fixed it himself. Show more
