I scheduled an appointment with Leena over a month ago for this past Friday at 9 AM and the appointment was accepted. I took the day off from work to ...have my hair braided. 30 minutes before my appointment time, she texted me and said she was headed to the doctor’s office (the same thing she told me back in December) and asked me to push my appointment time back to later at which, both times I obliged. She told me to come at 11:30 and I agreed. Again, 30 minutes prior to my new appointment, she texted and said she was still at the doctor’s office and said she would text me when she was otw home. That message NEVER came! I messaged her and asked to do it Saturday afternoon instead because the day was gone. She agreed to Saturday at 2:30 PM because she had an earlier client. She texted after 1 and asked me if I was available Sunday because she wouldn’t be done and I said yes, is 9 ok because I had to take my daughter back to college and she said let’s make it 10. I showed up at her place and she sent her nephew to the door and said my auntie said she needs a few moments and closed the door. 30 minutes later I texted her and no response. I rang doorbell again and nothing. 5 minutes later, I rang again and a little one came to the door and unlocked it followed by her brother scolding her and closing the door and locking it back. I called twice only to be sent to VM both times. She NEVER texted back or anything. I texted her today to ask what happened yesterday and she never responded. I have had her do my hair in the past with no issues but I will not be going back. If she was unavailable, she should’ve just said that instead of having me waste my time and gas driving 30 minutes from home! Show more
