If you have any allergies please let me know ahead of your appointment What you receive: -low lighting atmosphere -Hair brushing to start off the treatment and bring you into relaxation -Warming eye mask to soothe and relax your tired eyes. Cannot wear contacts as it is a restriction with the mask, if you do wear contacts please wear glasses for the treatment -Guided Christian meditation (YouTube video) read over you while you get a scalp massage this will help you learn to breathe deep and really feel Gods word and The Holy spirits presence. -Hand/arm massage with lotion (think like when you get a nail appointment done and they massage your hands and arms afterwards, my fave part always lol) -Back massager done with a Massager

I asked for a trim and mind you I have very thick hair with layers so it’s supposed to be cut a certain way.it ended up being choppy which has never h...appened for me.there was a little bit of miscommunication on my end of what I was wanting/expectations for my hair cut but never had a choppy cut.there’s no blending,texturizing at all.everything just looks and felt so uneven

Yes as we talked about in text I was going to fix it for you, I took accountability and apologized. Your hair is just so thick which ends up being a bit more choppy which I explained. I think it's wrong you sent a review before it being fixed. Also that was not the layers I cut I did long ones so I am assuming, when you got home you tried to “fix” them.
