I was honestly surprised to hear you were unhappy, as when I checked in during the cut, your husband didn’t mention any changes or give specific direction after speaking with you on the phone, and the request I was given was a bit unclear (after clarifying through him from your note) —almost like two different cuts in one. Without a clear photo or reference, I did my best to deliver a clean cut to the best of my ability. I also wasn’t made aware that you were dissatisfied until 5 days later through a review. I do offer a 3-day grace period where I’m more than willing to make adjustments or fix any concerns, so I wish I had the chance to address it sooner. (Believe I made it aware to let me know within the time) If you choose to come to me in the future, I’d really appreciate clear guidance or a photo so I can make sure the haircut matches exactly what you have in mind.
