I’m giving this a 2-star review because while a few things were okay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. The positives: the parting was... neat, and the timing was accurate. The stylist was polite, although the interaction felt a bit dry. However, the main issues were with the prep and finishing. The wash and blow-dry process was not done properly, especially for 4C hair. My hair was not fully stretched before braiding, and it felt like it was being hand-stretched while braiding instead of properly blow-dried. This affected the final look and tension. The knotless braids themselves are just okay—some are looser than others, and the overall finish feels a bit stiff. I’ve definitely had much better results elsewhere. The finishing process was also lacking: - My braids were not fully dipped—only the ends were dipped instead of the full length - No trimming of excess flyaways along the braids - No sealing technique at the ends (wrapping or otherwise), which raises concern about unraveling - I had to trim uneven lengths myself Additionally, the shop environment was not very private, which affected comfort. Overall, the style is wearable, but the lack of proper prep and finishing makes this a service I would not return for.

Thank you for your opinion. Too bad you couldn’t be honest and said you loved it th whole time. It's a hair salon of course other people are there that’s a preference if you want complete privacy you have to book private suite but you know that when you booked.
