I had a terrible experience! They weren't even sure if I had an appointment, and I had to wait 20 minutes before some random person started doing my h...air – not the hairstylist I booked. Throughout the session, three different people handled my hair treatment. The stylist I booked finally came during the blow dry session and left midway to attend to someone else's hair. The person who eventually did my hair was inexperienced and did a terrible job at blow drying. To top it off, during the straightening process, she burnt my scalp and didn't even apologize; instead, she laughed. Overall, it was the worst experience of my life. From start to finish, they were just going through the motions, and no one said a word. Show more
