In the beginning, i was happy because she was in a salon and seemed to be experienced. That quickly changed. To start, she had in earphones so when i ...tried to speak to her, she couldn’t hear me. Then she overbooked and was doing another mans hair during my time. She told me that beads and hair jewelry was included and that i could take a look at them but then because she overbooked she was rushing. She never showed me the beads or jewelry.I didn’t like the first style at all do she took it down and the 2nd style was just as bad. She also charged me an extra $10 for length and my hair doesn’t even touch my shoulders!!!! I did not see the back and by that time I was very much displeased with her. I did not leave happy. I asked her the total and sent it to her and left. There was not anything near a smile on my face. When i got home and saw the back, i broke down in tears because I was leaving for London the next day. She also knew this. I reached out to her and she never responded. I will not be going back to her. Pictures of the length of my hair for reference(not her work… just to show length of my hair at time of appointment). Also, she keeps editing her response to make it as if I am the problem. A simple apology and a $10 refund would have sufficed. It is very unprofessional at this point. Show more

I do apologize that you were not pleased with HeavensTouch of Beauty. That styled picture you posted was definitely not my work. I have my work on here and the quality and style does not match. I did two different styles on you that you did not like because you did not know what you wanted. You left happy and also looked at the back and front and the mirror was handed for you to see style and jewelry pieces before leaving the shop. When you got home you did text me saying that you wanted yet another style after it was changed twice already at the time of appointment. You did not know what style you wanted and left out in smiles. I do not know what transpired from leaving the shop to home, but HeavensTouch of Beauty is not liable for someone else work after you left the shop. Thanks. All my prices online are starting prices. It says that online. The more longer your locs are the more the invoice amount would be. The more entrique the style is the more your invoice would be.
