I was a client of Sunnie for almost 2 years and it’s sad to say that I no longer am. I asked for a design (pictured) and I was informed that the desig...n was possible. What I got was a completely different design and when I let her know, she said she thought I wouldn’t mind the new design then she removed the design and blocked me from booking any future appointments on booksy after I asked if I could come back on a different day to receive a new design since I had paid for the service. Her customer service was horrible and I’m disappointed. I was still forced to pay for a service that she messed up and obviously I will not be returning. Don’t waste your time. Show more

Hey Tes thank you so much for always supporting during 2 years ❤️.THE 1ST :Picture you sent me is look like pink quartz stone design( in my side)-that design I also did it for my clients they really like it .At that time I was thinking try to do something more extra will be better you can see how be careful I am try to get everything more perfect( take almost 1:45min) but I forgot that you are a picky person, I have to let you know what I'm going to do first start (my bad) .THE 2nd: You may feel that it is my effort that is not recognized by you -your design still not done yet, I'm so upset, I did told you let me check my schedule can you be back get design later ( cause the next client already here and my schedule was fully booked this week I can’t set up now). I didn't wanna you book appt on my app anymore cause your design will take longer and I just like to set up your appt by myself(on my app just show up basic design it not enough time for you) it not mean I blocked. I still have a lot client book appt though text messages, DM IG …it’s normal thing. THE 3rd : I asked want to cut off - soak off (free) or take off design, you decided keep base acrylic be back for design later that why I charged $70 for my time + my supply…(not including design).I’m so sorry about what happened our story taught me a great lesson, I'm human no one is 100% perfect but I will try my best every day to service improvements as well as bring the best service to all my clients.Thank you again❤️
