Hey sorry about your experience.. when i asked you what look you wanted and i even asked if you have a picture that you want to reference you said just a smokey eye that was a glam and if you wanted glitter there's an option for glitter unfortunately the glam doesn't come with glitter you never said anything about glitter. My apologies if you didn't like the look. Truly sorry i wouldn't have let you leave if you stated that you didn't like it it's ok to say that i wouldn't have felt any way please be honest and open so we could fix the issue moving forward again my apologies 😞
