Never made it to the appointment. Cameron reached out to me about 1.5 hours prior to my scheduled appointment to let me know that he wouldn’t be able ...to make it because he was coming back from out of town. He did offer to work to reschedule with me, but after asking about one day and said I had a doctor’s appointment for my son on that day, he said that he would need to figure out some things to reschedule because I don’t get off work until 430 and couldn’t make it to an appointment before then, and he never reached back out. Update: You don’t have to get back with me because your mom is more important. This is your place of business, and I understand your family being number one. But you should have also blocked off the day due to prior engagements. And you also said to give you a second to get back with me. And until I received your response from this review, it had been over 20 hours. Show more

I hate to be the person to have to leave a not so great review, but here we are.. Let me first start by saying the service altogether was OKAY. I’d gi...ve it maybe a 6.5/10. I booked a same day appt for 2 in the evening. He texted to let me know he was running behind. I was okay with that bc like i said “I booked a same day appointment” so that was no issue. He started on my hair around about 3. He washed it, detangled, and then started on my retwist. Now here is where the problem comes in… I was not aware of the products that were being used to do my retwist until the very end when I watched him grab a container of edge control, grab a gunk out of it, and deliberately spreader it across my hair line, leaving my hair gooey and white. While I was still there, it hadn’t turned white immediately. About 20 minutes after I left, I was looking in my car’s mirror and that’s when I noticed my hair had turned white. I had never had that happen to me before. My previous loctician NEVER used edge control on my locs. I texted him and let him know about my white hair and sent pictures. He never responded. I didn’t ask for a refund. i asked for the problem to be fixed and I still didn’t receive a response. I just think that’s poor customer service. You provided a service that you had very little knowledge on and instead of apologizing and and offering to fix your mistake, you’d rather ignore my text while I paid you in full and tipped for a bullshit ass service.
