I went to him about five times, and on three of those occasions he was either late or canceled the appointment altogether. It's frustrating to pay pre...mium rates and expect a professional level of reliability, only to deal with repeated scheduling issues. Consistently showing up on time and honoring appointments should be a basic expectation when charging top dollar.
