First, the waiting room was very comfortable with free snacks and teas. Then, when I went in for my treatment, Naha was awesome! She knew what she was... doing and customized the treatment for my exact needs and gave me advice on how to maintain and improve my skins tone and texture. Polite, professional, and I would definitely recommend! The store front is hard to find though so leave a few extra minutes getting there Show more

I purchased the laser hair removal Groupon for my son to have his unibrow lasered and the laser hair removal Groupon for myself to have the Brazilian.... The laser they use is less painful and other laser hair removal lasers I have experience and they use the gel to protect the skin, which is not something that other places that I happen to have done. The staff is super friendly and we get in and get out very quickly. I highly recommend them for any laser hair removal area. Show more

My experience at Alizay Spa for laser hair removal was absolutely horrible. First the technician / owner made a mistake. Then followed by blaming th...e mistake on me and later followed by verbally abusing me for about 20 minutes straight. Absolutely unprofessional. Would not recommend to any one. Show more
