From the moment we wa...lked in, she was warm, kind, and so kid-friendly. My son is a major wiggle worm and definitely let the tears flow during his appointment, but Kelsey never once made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She stayed calm, gentle, and reassuring the entire time. She really knows how to work with little ones and accommodated his emotions and movements better than I ever expected. Despite the chaos, she still managed to give him such a clean, cute style. It’s clear she loves what she does, and her professionalism shows in every detail.
