You arrived approximately 10 minutes late for your 3:00 PM appointment, and when I asked for an additional 5 minutes to accommodate the delay, you agreed. Your son was sent to explain the desired haircut to me, stating he wanted a taper only on the sides, with nothing taken off the back or top. Unfortunately, I did not have the opportunity to speak directly with you about the haircut, which may have led to some misunderstandings. In the future, I encourage direct communication to ensure clarity on the desired style. While I acknowledge that my English is limited, I understood what was requested based on the conversation. However, after the haircut, you wanted to change to a style that was significantly different from what was originally discussed, which would have required an additional 30 minutes, effectively turning it into a new haircut. Given that I work by appointment and had another client waiting, I informed you that I could fix your son's haircut in about 20 minutes after completing my next appointment. I was prepared to revisit the haircut, but I understand your need to leave at that time. I strive to maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service. I’m sorry for any miscommunication and for not meeting your expectations. Thank you for your understanding.
