Kerri has proven herself time and time again to be a true curly hair styling queen! Even though i live out of state, i will never miss an opportunity ...to schedule an appointment with her when I come back into town. She is warm, friendly, and always game to try something new with my hair. I know from first-hand experience that curly hair can be a pain, but Kerri labors with love. Overall, the salon is clean and welcoming, and its other employeees are witty and a joy to converse with. This is truly a salon for a girl's girl. Show more

Kerri was very nice in person, but when I had issues with my perm not turning out right, she blamed it on my hair being previously dyed (which didn't ...seem to be a problem during the service at all). It looks like I crimped my hair, a "beachy" style, no actual curls. I thought I could work with it, but had so many poor reviews from family and friends that I went to ask her to redo it or for a refund. When I reached back out it appears she may have blocked my number? It says my messages won't go through and I've tried multiple times. It's just a shame. $200 may not be a lot for some, but it should definitely warrant results (it's not cheap). I didn't want to leave a bad review, I would have rather fixed the issue. Sorry, but I do not recommend perm services here sadly. Show more
