This the second time I’ve booked with Shellz Beauty Bar. First time she did a beautiful job. This time, she cancelled on me less than an hour before m...y appointment. Mind you, I live in Port St Lucie and booked a 12pm appointment. I booked the appointment a week and half ago for my birthday trip and she confirmed it. 11:15am comes around and she decides she wants to go home to get ready to go get on a boat instead and basically reschedule when I had a flight to catch the next day. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Show more
