Kristen was able to schedule an appointment for me very quickly, which was great because I had lost a huge chunk of eyelashes off the corner of my eye... the day after going somewhere else. Her studio was really clean and elegant and had tiny chocolates in the waiting room, which was a nice touch. But most importantly, Kristen was very thorough when filling my lashes- I could tell that she was being very particular and made several adjustments before she was satisfied with the results. It's been nearly three weeks and my lashes are still publicly acceptable- I even went to Vegas and got invited to two private parties, probably thanks to how great my lashes still look. Five stars.
