The atmosphere at HOC is always a great one. Everybody is always so friendly, nice, and completely non judgmental. As a man that comes into the salon,... I will NEVER be back to this Hair salon!! First I booked on the website.... i waited all day for a conformation never got one so I called the next day... to confirm the appointment. So I get there for my appointment and she’s still just starting someone else’s hair at my appointment time. Not only that she had one of the girls that help her out braid down my hair and one side was tighter than the other. I got a closure sew in... she messed up my closure. When I left it was not glued down, cut wrong, I had hella tint on my forehead, AND she didn’t even try on my edges she just took combed some edges over. On top of all that she doesn’t care about anyone else’s time. I paid 175 for a horrible sew in. She could’ve just said she wasn’t able to do it when I booked. I had to go home and fix my own hair when I just came from a hair salon. Show more
Never again! I asked the stylist several times how much she was going to charge for my 11 year old daughters hair. She kept referring to her boss, but... never reaponding to me. Her appointment was at 11am! She didn't finish until 5, when she said it would take 2-2.5 hours. Then had the NERVE to question me about a .75 drink that she gave my daughter. Don't waste your time. I had to put 1 star in order to post this. More like negative stars!! Show more
