I realize this does not always happen but I am happy it did and shows the dedication to an excellent client experience. I showed up a few minutes earl...y for my appointment. This was only my second time being here. I was told the person who my appointment was with was running behind. I work near by and had a meeting so I could not wait and I offered to just reschedule. Tara was in between appointments and had me come back really fast as I just needed a basic brow wax. Super impressed. I really appreciated the extra effort. Thank you!!! Show more
