Hey brother, I let you know a few hours in advance that I was unable to be in the shop unfortunately since I made Tuesday unavailable to book for clients and didn't see you had a appointment after I closed Tuesday and offered to take you in a later time. You replied with a rude comment while I was trying to move things around to be able to get you in. I’ll offer a free haircut for the inconvenience.
