First off please do not send you child by themselves, the owner of the barbershop established a rule that if the child has no adult supervision the haircut will not be preformed. Second our barbers are very well trained and respect our clientele to the fullest. The barber asked for a picture or what the client would like the barber asked multiple times what the client wanted and all that was said is a medium fade with a zero and a trim on top. After the so many times of going back and forth you as the parent should have came in and talked to the barber or the owner. Again our barbers always respect the clienteles wishes as said by our other clientele below!
