I have been going to Kris for over two years now. I have worn extension eyelashes for 10 years total. Kris Does the best eyelashes I have ever worn No...t to mention, she works with you on appointment scheduling and is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I went in today and was supposed to get a lash lift and tint as well as a brow wax tint lamination, the whole package. I paid $185 (including tip) & t...he pics are self explanatory. The lashes came out ok, but the brows are absolutely disgusting. I couldn't be more disappointed, I'm genuinely embarrassed to even be seen right now. I messaged Kris & told her I was unhappy & got nothing in regards to fixing the issue. 🤬👎

Once cleansed after the recommended waiting period, they soften and settle into their final look.<br><br>I responded to your message promptly with aftercare guidance and clarification about the process. On Feb 15th I paid $192 for a lash lift/tint and a brow lamination/tint done by Kris. Pictures 1 & 2 were taken in my car immediately after the servic...e. Pictures 3 & 4 were taken in the days after the service. Pictures 5 & 6 are my natural lashes without any lash lift. When Kris held up the mirror after completing my service, I was shocked at how bad it looked but I thought maybe this is normal and they will look better after I wash my face. Unfortunately this was not the case. For the record, I followed Kris’s aftercare instructions to a T. It appears something went pretty wrong with both the lift and lamination which I can only guess (since Kris has been unresponsive to my email and voicemail) was because I have fine soft hair and the chemicals were left on too long, though it is only a guess. I was devastated because for one, $192 is a lot of money to feel uglier after a service and two I had this done because I was going on vacation with my boyfriend and his family, so not a good time to feel self conscious. As you can see from the photos of my natural lashes (last 2 pictures), I have decent lashes so you can’t blame the poor results on just having bad eyelashes to start with. Both the lift and lamination had counterproductive effects to the goal. Instead of lifting my lashes up to fan out like you see in pictures of lash lifts, my lashes first droop down over my eye and then curl 360 degrees backward poking my eyelid and so my eyelashes have never looked stubbier in my entire life. Many of the lashes are sideways and frizzy, almost like I got too close to a flame and singed them. The brow lamination somehow resulted in my each of my brow hairs becoming wavy and hard to manage, poking out in crazy directions. My natural brows are extremely straight and easier to brush into a nice polished look once in the morning and never think about it again for the rest of the day but my laminated lashes have been unruly and frankly ridiculous looking if I am not constantly brushing them with a spooly and trying to flatten them with oil and my facial moisturizer. All this aside, I could have completely gotten over the fact that something didn’t go right and my lashes and brows will grow back normally one day, but the thing that really has me sore is Kris’s response or lack of. I emailed her in a very respectful way asking for advice and letting her know I wasn’t stoked on the results and then followed up once when she didn’t reply. When she didn’t reply to either email I left a voicemail asking for her advice in the mean time of them growing out, again no mean or blaming words were used and yet I have still not heard a word back weeks later. I am very sad about this entire experience and just can not stop thinking about it because every time I look in the mirror I am reminded. I am a bit embarrassed to be looked at. Last complaint.. she sent me out of the studio with the smeared dye all over my face, on my forehead, cheeks, and all around my eyes, which to me felt like a sign of sloppiness in her work. Kris I hope you learn how to handle a bad service better in the future, mistake happen and relationships can be repaired but the way you do business is shameful.
